Hello Carl,

I just wanted to thank you for everything you have done for Dean. You have done so much for him and I really appreciate your understanding when he has been in a very low state of mind. You have given him many laughs and he couldn’t of had a more relaxed understanding driving mentor. Thank you for giving him the confidence to believe he could achieve actually passing his test.
